I was surprised at how good this was, and how vegetal for something so full of energy! Smell of crushed stone, fresh cut, tart green fruits and serious vegetal, celery like notes on the nose, with a little sea salt as well. Palate is tart and mouth drying, light-to-medium bodied, with nicely pronounced acidity, with some subtle, jerky like elements underneath, crisp, tart yellow fruits, maybe apple, with a looong finish with that acidic energy darting up and down the middle palate. Really a great wine.
