This particular bottle is made especially for Rosewood Mayakoba. One year in Jack Daniels cask and another month or two in Napa Cab cask. The Vanilla and caramel tones are amazing. A lot of whiskey notes are evident. Awesome! At Fairmont Mayakoba.

Aug 15th, 2017Delectable not able to see the "Scotch Cask aged" part of this bottle. Another btl I HAD to try....sadly this was as unimpressive as the port cask aged Herradura I had prior. Granted my expectations were pretty high to begin with....
