When we first opened this it was a little underwhelming. Just kinda bland and neutral and overwhelmed by what we were eating. After a few nights in the fridge it has evolved into what I expect from Grüner. This is lean, green, and mineral. A touch of cat pee. Definitely still on the more delicate side.
