Nice to try this one after procuring it from the vineyard on a trip there in 2017. In a good place, wouldn’t wait. Very crisp and refreshing with great white sweet fruits giving just a hint of sweet sensation. Excellent minerality and acid. Nice pairing with miso cod.

Really delicious; dry riesling with excellent minerality and tart green apple flavors. Very crisp, dry and refreshing.
