Another solid vintage of this Finger Lakes Dry Riesling standard. Fruit is from multiple vineyard sites. Straw gold color. Aromas of apple, apricot and wet slate. Pallet is fruit forward featuring green apple, citrus and exotic tropical fruits. This vintage has a bit more RS than previous (I would consider this more “off-dry” in style) but it is well balanced with gripping acidity. Clean, mineral driven finish.

Always a good value dry Riesling. The 2020 has a bit more fruit than I recall, but still quite piercing with that stony acid quality.
