Paid 12€ for this and it is worth a lot more than that. The Alicante Bouschet doesn't disappoint. Dark blackberry, fig, prune, and smoke. Very much leads with the fruit flavours. Heavy in the mouth. This is an inky wine and is as full bodied as they come. Very good, and not for the faint of heart.

This wine is delicious and it's only 19E in the restaurant. Aroma is full of cherry and oak. Taste is long, soft sweetness of dark fruit. So much character. Barbaque taste or spice. Real ripe fruity flavors, but not a Parker fruit bomb.
