This has a briny yellow apple aroma. The palate doesn't match the aromas for me. Quince and pear flavors carry along an pleasant rocky tone. The wine hits way above its weight at about $15-17! Terrific with crab cakes and chicken Provençal.

Sylvaner VV. Not much Sylvaner coming across my lips but this was pretty. I'd drink a bottle of that. Thanks Weygandt for the tasting.
