This is on fire. You can really feel the warmth and power of the vintage, but the brightness is also penetrating and refreshing. Surging with minerality.

Gorgeous. Pomaceous fruit accented by citrus, apricot and fresh blossoms. Ginger, sweet spice, dried herbs and honey. Rich, powerful, elegant and surging with minerality. Really singing on the second night. The best value in Grand Cru one can imagine, and from Kirchberg no less. This is why I love Alsace.

Powerful and bright. Excellent lunch wine on the porch with heavy hors d’oevres.

First dry them a round sweetness. Pairing with a pumpkin curry. Will buy a case next time.

This is really pretty. I need to explore that Alsace world more often. It's a land of grag and lore.

Super wine, nice aroma still after vintage 2007. Foodparing with Dutch shrimps!
