Apr 16th, 2015An exotic and contemplative wine showing the exotic spice of a CHassagne with some of the minerality of a puligny Montrachet and a little of the the pitch perfect richness of a mersualt . Nose shows white flowers, calvados, Asian pear, lychee with a strong spine of dark minerals . On the palate a hint of dried mango all tied together with an undertone of exotic spices. Great texture, richness and finishes with lemon pith sensation and drying tannins that indicate plenty of runway
