Highly aromatic with a punch of cherry and hibiscus combined with earthy notes of forest floor & mushroom which was reminiscent of a brisk fall hike. On the pallate you get that bright cherry & plum followed by clove and dried herbs on a long finish. An absolute stellar pairing with an Easter dinner of roasted turkey, au gratin potatoes & roasted brussel sprouts! [4/12/20]
