Delicious fruity flavors, a tiny bit on the sweet side for my palate but definitely an enjoyable bubbly for any occasion. Would go very well with a charcuterie board!

Apples and pears on the nose. Same on the flavor. Perhaps a touch of apricot on the finish. A touch of almonds and lemon zest as it develops. Not much minerals. Slightly fuller body than expected, but still light. Fairly acidotic.
Overall, a delightful wine. The notes are a touch subdued, but still several there to enjoy.
