Balanced spiced plum with vanilla oak on the nose. Still has a lot of tannin holding it together. It could have used a little more aging to loosen up the flavors. — 9 years ago
Dark fruit (black cherry and plum), oak with a little spice on the finish. — 9 years ago
It reminds me a lot of White Niagara juice. Very sweet for a "dry" Riesling. — 10 years ago
Nice honeydew melon nose with a thick and overly sweet taste. — 9 years ago
Cranberry, tart cherry jam, old oak, and mushrooms on the nose. The taste explodes with French oak and completely dominates the flavor. All I can taste is oak and alcohol. — 9 years ago
2008 Very lean and boozy due to the age. Firm tannin structure made this a very interesting experience. Earth, tobacco, black cherry, and currants. — 9 years ago
Ruby brick color with aromas of soil, tart cherry strawberry and musty oak. The taste is muddied with light cherry, loamy soil and a soft tannic/acidic finish. Doesn't have the types of flavors I am looking for in solid Nebbiolo. — 9 years ago
Good body with an amazing nose of peaches and melon with a little salty stone underneath. Big saline/mineral upfront that fades to a dry fruitiness. Would be great with shellfish! — 9 years ago
One dimensional, mild tannin. — 9 years ago

Very balanced Chablis! Minerals, yeast, and fruit with a little salinity on the finish. — 8 years ago
