Deep and vibrant salmon pink. Inviting nose and medium light palate of red cherry and ripe cranberry. Juicy (medium plus) acidity and very light tannins from entry to medium short finish which, in turn, continues the palate. This Loire rosé presents almost like a light red, making a perfect foil for a wide range of spring to autumn fare. Salmon cakes felt natural, but try it with pork, game, or even lighter cuts of beef. Drink now.
