07' This is simply amazing.

Very concentrated. Amazing for his entry level. Great CdP

In love with full bodied, intense CdP's and this is at the top.

Surprisingly good! Don't knock 87s!

Unique, like nothing else in Chateauneuf and in 2007. Bonneau’s touch is all over this wine, superbly constructed, not overripe despite being an 07, beautiful blend of primary and secondary aromatics. 🙏
This wine concluded yet another terrific night at l’Oustalet. Congrats to their team for a much deserved 1* Michelin Star !

A bit green perhaps. Needs more time or a longer decant.
