Unique, like nothing else in Chateauneuf and in 2007. Bonneau’s touch is all over this wine, superbly constructed, not overripe despite being an 07, beautiful blend of primary and secondary aromatics. 🙏
This wine concluded yet another terrific night at l’Oustalet. Congrats to their team for a much deserved 1* Michelin Star !
