We drank this exact same wine almost one year ago. I am amazed at how much more approachable it has become. That being said I would advise to decant for 1-2 hours when possible or at the very least aerate. The fruit is really starting to shine here. Blackberry, dark cherry, cocoa, tobacco, and leather. Everything is falling into balance with the fruit, structure, tannin. Paired with bacon blue cheeseburger. Yum!
