Trailside Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice bottle development.

Needed some air. With an hour decant this wine showed gorgeous layers. Rich cassis, black pepper and black cherry. An inkiness and loads of new barrel smells. A touch of mint intermingled on the nose and mid palate. Very, very good wine for the price. Great acid and a generous finish to say the least.

Young. Big tannins. Cedar? Sandalwood?

We blind tasted 12 Napa Cabernets with some of the best wine pros in California and this one was in everyone's top 5. When you taste it, it's easy to see why.

Rich cedar notes. Very nice acidity. The Ron Swanson of cab. Rugged outdoorsman that isn't trying to show off

Very intense dark fruit and long finish.

Outstanding. Awesome flavor and balance. Need to decant. Delicious
