Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim and medium plus intensity.

Pretty nose with red and blue fruits, light oak, herbs, licorice, chocolates and spices.

Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, plums, red currants, earth, light wood, spices, coffee, dark chocolates, tobacco leaf and peppercorn.

Long tangy finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very interesting Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Not the typical Napa Cabernet. Very unique, spicy and tangy.

Soft and elegant on the palate, with nice complexity.

A good quality wine. Still young, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.

Good right out of the bottle and much better after an hour to open up properly.

The high alcohol is not very noticeable at this point.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc and 4% Merlot.

14.7% alcohol by volume.

It's time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a yummy Cab.

Deep purple in color with a short purplish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, blueberries, cooked strawberries, figs, vanilla, cedar, light earth, spices, chocolates, mocha, caramel, light alcohol and peppercorn.

Full bodied, smooth and elegant, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black cherries, sweet spices, vanilla, cedar, licorice, cola, chocolates, mocha, cloves, herbs, dark coffee, pencil lead, earth, leather, tobacco and peppercorn.

Medium plus on the finish with soft, round tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity with a great mouthfeel.

Still young and needs a few more years in the bottle to mature and bring out more complexity. Would be nice to fast forward to 2025 and see what this looks like. However, it is drinking very nicely now, tasty and delicious.

Good by itself or with food and a good quality wine. Good right out of the bottle and better after 3 hours of airtime, when the tannins show up.

Well balanced and fruit forward, with lots of cedar notes and vanilla. Very chocolatey, big and smooth. Showing nice complexity and mouthfeel. Great nosetoo, I loved smelling on it for a long time.

This is what you want to expect from a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Will be better in the next 5 to 10 years, so be patient.

Needs an hour to open up a properly and show its potential.

Such a shame only 240 cases produced. Raspberry, black currant, cherry, mocha and dusty tannins jump from the glass. Spring Mountain does it again.

Lighter cab for Merlot lovers. Raspberry flavors which is unusual for cab. Good mid-week drinking wine
