Nose is funky. Flat acid, dried out tannins. Feels like it's past drinking window. Dull fruit and a little reductive. Simple and unbalanced.

Paired perfect with the 72 hour short rib. Light mouth feel and slight acidity break through the heaviness of that amazing dish.
