We wanted drink this one w/ dinner but didn't open it soon enough so we ran it through the "rabbit" to help it breathe - it probably still needed another hour or so to open up. Red fruit w/ green grass. (Cheese Manicotti & Meat Manicotti - yeah!!! Kendra is home)

Well done Hedges! I especially liked your reviews😀 ... and truly enjoy geeking out on Cooling Degree Days, % of Hungarian Oak, etc... I echo your own comment "lean but supple" ... reminds me of a ... Graves(?) ... my local has a Jeroboam or Imperial of your 2011 and it's life expectancy just dropped substantially
