This is a rich, velvety Aussie take on a Bordeaux blend - imagine CS + Merlot vinted Aussie Shiraz-style. I taste dark currants, a touch of oak, and an astringent finish. This went over quite well as a cocktail wine.

An excellent blend of my two favorite wines, this wine is nicely restrained on the oak, allowing dark cherry, black currant, and a hit of spice to shine through. This is a superlative cocktail wine and added some zest to a midnight Karaoke session!

Tasty but just ok. Smooth but almost too smooth. Almost grape juice with a cool kick. Finish almost non existent weak tannins.

2013 vintage - dark berries, some smoke, gamey, and a little bit of mushroom.
