My first white Pinot - great education from Susan on production methods - med acidity well balanced

Interesting FLX Pinot Noir that is actually vinified White. (Just a tinge of color. - Minimal skin contact?) Aromas of caramel coated popcorn (Malolactic Fermentation?), pears and brioche. Apple and lemon flavors with hints of ripe melon and hazelnuts. Crisp acidity. Quite dry. Certainly unusual but more than a novelty. Revisited in March 2022. Color on this wine was a bit more of a light rust. Nice mouth feel and texture. Still quite interesting.

Ok so when in finger lakes drink their shizz. New to me but. Blushy Pinot. Interesting. Why not. Not white. Not red. Light grapes. Cool color.

This 2013 white Pinot fits in exceptionally with the style of wine heart & hands is becoming known for. The wine is smooth, has a full mouth feel and at the same time commands the drinker's attention. Interesting color. The finger lakes have other great options outside of Riesling. Cheers.

First time having sparkling with age from the Finger Lakes. apples, medium body, not super complex.
