Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Good stuff, but doesn’t hold a candle to their single-vineyard offerings.

Drinking really well for such a young Cab. Dark fruit, baking spice, and cocoa aromas and smooth tannins.

I didn't know much about this wine, but it was dense yet filled with rich, dark fruit and just enough grip to keep it lifted. I really liked it.

Funky nose, stewed plum attack. Truffle, mushroom finish.

Cheers to our friends, the Greene's, for bringing this lovely wine. We've heard of their affinity for this winery before and were glad to finally get to experience it ourselves. Nice expression of Alexander Valley. Great lengthy legs and stain your teeth purple color. Tannins were gripping until an hour+ later and this became velvety blueberries on the palate.

Smooth black cherry baking spice tobacco. Long finish Very nice!

I think this one has aged to just the right moment. Aromatic oak, plum and dark fruits with big but smooth tannins.
