Quite herbal, floral, with a waxy, creamy note. Hint of honey and beeswax. Apricot. Bone dry, decent fresh acidity giving more Apple notes, white peach, slightly toasty, creamy. Lower alcohol (13,5) than previous years is working well and giving a better balance to the wine. Good.

Straw coloured, vanilla, peach, almond and raisin on the nose; beautiful with grilled fish in Santorini. Gold medal winner too.
