Pure, clean wine. Highish acid, great texture. Salty, mineral, reserved upon opening. More elegant, not boisterous fruit. Slammin easy drinking BBQ wine. Opens nicely after 1-2 hours.. then dark fruits show. Polished. Zero sulfur.
