Rivaura Vineyards Cabernet Franc

It’s been a couple of years and still like the Hat Ranch Cab Franc.

This winery was recommended to us by the owner of Vine Wine Shop and Lounge in Boise. My wife and I thought their Cabernet Franc was outstanding. It has black cherry, black plum, raspberry, preserved fruit, and cedar aromas with a great spice note. After doing our tasting, we got a bottle of Cabernet Franc to drink on the outdoor patio with the Snake river down in the valley. Quite impressed with this winery and had a case of their wines shipped home to Houston.
