Interesting. Acid and tannin going strong but secondary flavors were a bit average

C: clear, deep, ruby
N: clean, intense, dark fruits, meaty, bloody, spice, young/mature
P: clean, full bodied, medium acidity, medium + tannins, great texture, structure, long finish.

1997 - Fantastic - old dried fruit, horse blanket, wet dog, candied plum, eucalyptus, pallet of tart raspberry, plum, dusty tannins and long tomato finish. Grand!!

This vintage is first.very silky and very smooth.everything is united. Just like dashi of grapes.
