The personality and aroma profile of red wines of Alto Adige and Trentino is really irrefutable. .this is a Lagrein from very old vines and low yields farmed biodynamic. One bottle per plant is the ratio. Funky dairy aromas that interact with ripe red cherries and dusty - old.wood aromas. A great Italian cheese plate pairing
