Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Jerez, Andalucía, Spain
Palomino Fino
Top Notes For
Not a sherry drinker. Surprisingly smooth for 18%. A little nutty and it's growing on me. A little apricot flavor in the middle.

Feb 4th, 2017I've been drinking manzanilla to start my evenings and today I wanted to try dry fino. This is very similar to dry manzanilla. I can't really tell the difference. They both are very dry and go well with cheese, spanish ham, or any salty food. I like it to be served chilled like the traditional way.
