Beautiful, juicy dark nose with notes of black cherries, plums, cedar, spice, bergamot tea and just a touch of smoke. Juicy and bright on the palate with soft, peppery tannins. Flavors of ripe, dark cherries, juicy black plums, cassis, blackberries and a touch of strawberry lead to beautiful spice and floral notes layered with bright, fresh acidity. The finish is long and rich with continued bright acidity, rich fruit, spice and soft, gripping tannins. Wonderful with roasted pork tenderloin.
