Have been revisiting several 2011 vintage wines recently and the lineup from Harris Estate (TRB) was spectacular. Lush, intact fruit, seamless finish and no green notes. Patience is definitely rewarded with these wines and this vintage in particular....AND they have lower alcohol due to the cooler year. All wins on this wine!

Hoping it will WOW me. Average to say the least. Raisiny throughout the bottle. Not my style . Simplistic😕

Another great last minute gathering at the storage facility!

One of my favorites of the day. Had never had Harris wines, but there was stellar balance here. Not a fruit bomb, not an herbal/earthy dominant wine either. Small touch of blueberries after the rush of blackberries and currant. Faint licorice.

Great wine. Well-rounded flavors of red and dark berries with cassis and tannins. Has aged nicely over the past 10 years and just very enjoyable to drink right now.

Lovely gift from a friend. Nice body. Depth of flavors. Smooth finish. Out of my normal price range!

Really just a fruit bomb on opening. Hoping for some additional elements to come through. For being a 2009, though, it tastes like a new wine. On day two it was more interesting and still vibrant and young. So a slight bump.

Got this and a few other Harris Vineyard bottles through an auction at an event. Had never heard of this producer but it's pretty darn good. Cork was perfect for a 2010 and even looked brand new. Big rich Cabernet. Layered with a long finish. Even better with this air. Three hours in and it's singing
