There’s only one way to enjoy a Pinot in my house and that’s out of the varietal specific Pinot glass from Riedel - what a beauty! Look at those curves!
Importantly, inside the glass is Hardy’s Heritage Reserve Bin 2016 Pinot Noir, a unique blend of Yarra Yalley PN grapes and Mornington Peninsula PN grapes (both wine regions in Victoria). $35 per bottle approximately.
In the glass it’s a beautiful ruby red with lovely aromatics. Gorgeous notes of stewed strawberries, cherries and vanilla essence + spice rise from the glass - it’s rather intoxicating really. In the mouth it’s like biting into a plum with silky tannins and texture that makes you keep going back for more. Love love love!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes
