I was looking for a firm bodied chard to go with an Ottolengi mushroom lasagne that is packed with flavour. This fits the bill excellent. Flavour are in the range from ripe pineapple via mocca coffe to vanilla. Nice zing to keep it fresh. Lasting cream feel to the mouth. Need to get some more.

A very good #aussiechardonnay drinking at its peak at 10 years. Fruit sourced from cool climate regions - Tasmania and Tumbarumba. All parts have come together - if not a trifle oaky.
