I was at the Guildford Cellarbrations aka Chateau Guildford recently and thought I'd pick up a bottle of this 2015 Preservative Free White by Happs for about $20. This was a really interesting one to try. It is a pale yellow on the eye with a super intriguing nose full of hints of honeycomb, pumpkin, apples and lemon butter on bread. On the palate it's easy drinking with those apples and citrus notes coming through alongside minerality. Very easy-drinking!
