I have tried the Happs Fuchsia a number of times however I recently picked up a bottle to work on my frosé recipe - I figured the slight sweetness in the wine would be the cherry on top for my frozen rosé cocktail. Naturally a wee glass on the side was in order while I perfected my frosé recipe!
It's a vibrant peachy-pink colour on the eye with strawberry and apricot scents rising from the glass. In the mouth it's off dry with flavours of watermelon, apricot and a touch of honey. It also has a slight fizz to it for added texture in the mouth. Easy drinking and completely thirst quenching. Plus it did make a great addition to my frosé (recipe to come on the blog soon!).
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine
