Fun little white from Germany. Wirsching typically recognized as top producer of Silvaner. I miss the bocksbeutel tho!

Floral and acidic on the nose. Not as acidic to taste. Nice and crisp!

Don't believe the label, it is not 'Dry'. Off-dry would be a stretch. Good with dessert or spicy food, but too sweet on its own.
