Wednesday Wine Committee. Great hosting by Gavin. 1 sparkler, 4 whites, 4 reds and 2 dessert wines. All served blind as usual.
Chocolate covered everything. Dense, rich, flavor packed. Hershey kiss dipped strawberries, blueberries and over ripe black cherries. Fig, graham cracker, Andes mint and blackberry jelly dominate the palate. I called this Cali zin.

Sep 30th, 2023It’s hard to find a good zin. This is good but for the price we’d always drink something else. Spicy and fruity but drinkable. Balanced. Better than I remembered.
