The 2009, Made for The Parlotones in South Africa, a complex blend from a very fine terroir, and given to me by Paul Mabray several years ago. Their wine has benefitted tremendously from the additional bottle aging Round, fine, and full. A big hit with my engineering friends last night at The Googleplex, 1900 West Charleston Road, Mountain View, CA
