Really digging this wine. Very earthy and Burgundian. Remarkably restrained for the vintage. Mushroom and barnyard notes to go along with the bright cherry and raspberry.

In Oct. 2017, this wine was in a really happy place. It could probably age for another 3 to 5 years but I can't really see much need to go any longer as it is drinking perfectly right now.

Sea salt aromatic notes and red berries on the nose, sheer elegance on the palate! It opens up with silky smoothness on the tongue with red berries but not fruit forward at all.
