@Delectable Wine this is the Hall Knights Valley Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasted at the Taste of Yountville.

Pale lemon yellow. Fresh nose with layers of white flowers, honeysuckle and a bit of candied lemon. Medium acidity (6/10) with a medium body. Clean and very dry on the palate with notes of citrus and stone fruits as well as wet rocks. Starts to get richer with some air adding in some creamy textures. Long and dry finish. Drink till 2022.

Inaugural release of this bottling by Hall Wines. Made up of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Knights Valley AVA. Aged for 9 months in 30% new French oak barrels.
