Sacrashe Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Drinking this wine makes me think about doing barrel tastings in a wine cave. Beautifully perfumed with notes of rose petals, cinnamon and black fruit. Dark ruby colored. Wonderfully integrated with great flavors of dark cherries, dark chocolate, licorice and white pepper. We really enjoyed the spiciness of this wine. Tannins were silky smooth and sweet. The finish again took me to a wine cave full of Cabernet Sauvignon! An outstanding wine that paired great with filet mignon and lobster tails tonight at home.
