Exzellenz by Hall Wines cabernet sauvignon 2016! Must decant for 30 min for it to open up. Cold Cherry pie on the nose, dark berries and chocolate on the beginning followed by an oak and spice finish. It is a very dry wine on the finish as well. It is also 16.1%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sip of this wine followed by five sips of water should work! It also has a buttery ending.

Big, bold, complex. Lots of black and blue fruit. Dry, lots of tannins though not overwhelmingly so.
