Now this is surprisingly good. This inexpensive California sparkler is done in the traditional Champagne method - always a good thing - and is nicely balanced, even showing a surprising amount of complexity for a $6 bottle of wine. Your Veuve friends might not be impressed, but that shouldn't stop you from enjoying this one.

Great bubbly for the price. Creamy Chardonnay base, not too acidic. Apple and vanilla flavors.
