A Great example of a phenomenal Napa cab.I know that everyone to whom I have sent a bottle truly enjoyed it! @David A Lentine @Mike Rowe @Ron R @Bill Bender @Carl Fischer @Eric Shanks

Excellent example of what comes from Howell Mountain. Hard to believe this is a 13. This is a big wine. Dense and dark in the glass, complete black out. Whiffs of French roast coffee, anise, black licorice and black currant. Beautifully defined, yet pure and complex. Black berry jam jar, tobacco, hint of mocha, expresso notes fill the mouth. Fine grained tannins presents a long lasting finish that you won't forget. Exceptional bottle from @Ron Haber @timothy Milos. Thank you @Martin G Rivard for connecting me with Ron.

In my opinion, one of the top three wines of the night. Howell Mountain fruit, which is dear to my heart! I would say that the blueberry and dark black cherry with cassis that you typically see with Howell Mountain Cabernet is really not that present in these wines. This is more of a dark and deep black cherry, with a hint of youthful sweet chalky fruit that has a little bit of chocolate playing in and out in the middle. The finish of this wine is youthful, and shows a slightly jagged tanic edge that I am sure will softened over the next 10 to 15 years. Very impressed with this winemaker. Although I own zero bottles of theirs, I can see why they are one of the top visited tables at the taste of Howell Mountain events that come to the DFW area. Great pull, @Weston Eidson!

Howell Mtn Tasting - Tasting a lot of wines though and in the same glass so I find it unfair to take these ratings seriously. Wine of the tasting imho. @Martin G Rivard the owner here called you out and let me try an older vintage (no pic) that he said were yours ;)
