Last bottle of my 2015's for this take on Wirz. A little skin contact brings out a unique melted wax quality, with salty bitter walnut on the finish. Evolved but youthful? Brassy but definitely not orange wine. Awesomely quirky.

Well judged skin contact that seems to suggest bottle age, in a good way to be clear. This could be a well cellared 10 year old Rheingau trocken, with a hint of tannin. Copped more, no doubt. ⛽🍋🔋⚡
