Fabre Montmayou Barrel Selection Patagonia Malbec

Another crowd pleaser while enjoying chorizo and skirt steak. Nice body with hints of flowers, oak and black pepper.

A little dry for my taste.

I really enjoyed this one … I don’t have much experience with Malbecs but this one’s dry, earthy flavor was well balanced, full, long and had a nice bite. Tasted 8 June 2022

Sunday Times. Decent Malbec. Good drinking but not outstanding.

Smooth, dry, great body. We both loved it!

Not much aroma. Not much flavor. Mild flavor semi dry red wine. Nothing eventful to note but it is smooth. Slightly drying. Would pay $10/bottle.

Good Friday tipple with pizza..

Great with steak!

Liquorice scent from the nose. Black berries from the glass with a medium dark violet color. Spicy and bitter with a medium finish. Not terrible but probably wouldn't want to visit again. Much better wines out there.
