Dovesland shiraz from South Australia. Maybe it's because I've had so many cabernet sauvignons and Bordeaux lately that this one really hit the spot. Perhaps it was the 14.5 % alcohol too. Either way I did enjoy this. — 7 years ago

Ruby color. Not a white wine. Vanilla taste and very smooth. Nice calm scent. Short finish. Surprisingly tasty. Excellent with dessert. — 7 years ago
A higher end Great Wall from the Great Cellar cabernet sauvignon. Surprisingly good with a short finish and a touch of spice. — 7 years ago

Les Grands Wobolei Red Blend. 12.5% alcohol. Cheap wine. Light red color. Medium body. Short finish. Raspberry taste. Not excellent. — 7 years ago
Saint Touse Bordeaux. Rather inexpensive French wine which is not too difficult to find in China. Acceptable but not great. — 7 years ago
