So, it lied. It’s not a white. It’s a red table blend in the Bordeaux style:
Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon. Completely natural and unfiltered, without the sediment being tannic or overly present. No phleth phleth spit needed.
Tasty, deep and all sour cherries. I enjoyed it a little too much for incompetent note taking—it was gone before I could say anything else other than “wine güd.”
