Nose of wood, green apple. Taste of unripe pear, juniper. Not sweet, not tart. Silky mouth feel. Smooth. Finish is very nice. Paired amazingly with herb butter cod and terragon/white Modena balsamic mixed greens salad. 11.5%ABV

There is a district taste there, I don't know what it is, but it is distinct. Would be good with fish. Great, now the taste is gone :(
