2005 Gypsy Dancer Pinot Noir Gary & Christine's Vineyard Oregon (I believe grown in the Chelahem Mountain AVA in the Willamette Valley but it's labeled Oregon) - a very pretty wine from my late great friend Gary Andrus. Probably as Burgundian as it gets in the US, it is dusty and herbal with hints of sour red fruits. The acidity absolutely rips and it paired well with our Asian chicken and fried rice. Blown away as usual Gary - hope you're enjoying the thigh-deep powder skiing in heaven.
