Régnié doesn’t get much better than this. Intense minerality. Aromatics are high-pitched, flowery and redolent of tart red berries, crushed granite, fresh compost and peat. Bright, crunchy, laser-focused and lean on the palate with enough acidity to jump a motorcycle engine.

A bit of similarity to a fine Normandie cidre. Zesty malic acid. Very quaffable.
